I=B4m considering buying one of these on ebay. These 2 products seem identical. Does anyone know what the difference is?

I'm fairly sure that they just changed the designation,no electrical or mechanical changes.(other than labelling)
I just don't know exactly WHY.
Maybe because it's an Active probe?? (SWAG)
