They cast metal, stamp metal, bend metal and they assemble all the bits and pieces.

If you're any good as a Mech E student, you should be able to figure out a logical procedure just by looking at one.

If in doubt, go to a used lawn mower shop, buy one. Tear it down to all the component parts. Then put it back together. If it runs again, you know the answer to your question.
