The main object of NetdB is to provide acoustic data acquisition systems and vibration data acquisition systems. These systems are optimised to allow a wide range of acquisition channels from 32 to 2000 channels. Price for a such system is dramaticaly lower than the other competitors. The reason why this price is so low it's because of the brand new hardware: the network sensor.
This kind of acquisition system results from a completely new developpment. Instead of having a centralised system, we chose to dispatch acquisition channels near measure sensors. Groups of acquisition channels are dispached on a network like computers. Elementary box is called network sensor, and allow to measure 32 channels. It's possible to place it far from the computer. Because network sensor it's organised with an Ethernet network it is possible to connect it with an indefinit number.
