Micromaster LV48 software required.

It seems IceTech are no longer providing software for the LV48 on their website and I'm having a great deal of trouble trying to get it, lost the original CD that came with the programmer :(

Wondering if anybody can help ?

I've emailed Icetech and they have not replied.
