Hi there, I bought on e-bay one HP E1301A with the HP E1326B multimeter embedded. Does anybody know how to use the monitor function? If I push the MON key, I can't see any reading on the display. Someone suggested me to add a mutiplexer board, so I installed one HP E1351A "16ch FET multiplexer", but nothing happened (except that now I have to specify the channel on which the measurement takes place). I can use the multimeter via the GPIB without any problem, but the MON function seems to be faulty. I'm not really sure about what the MONITOR function does, I'm not an ATE engineer indeed, but I guess it shoud make continuous readings of the last selected measurement on the specified channel, is it so?
