FREE/CHEAP Telequipment D65 Osciloscope

Hi.

I had a rebuild project on this old scope, but bollixed up my notes partway through. Having no way of knowing how to reassemble the scope at that point I gave up.

It *did* work, before it was taken apart, but the switchgear was in poor shape.

I want rid of it now, so Im offering *ALL* the parts (mainframe, display, PCBs, PSU) for free / a small donation. buyer pays postage. As far as I know, all the parts work. all boards are completely assembled still.

the tube looks to be in mint condition.

perhaps you'd like to finish your own rebuild project or need a spare?

buyer pays postage.

Email me if interested. if not claimed in 2 weeks, its going in the bin since we're moving house and its a dead weight as it stands.

Im in the UK, but will ship anywhere as long as my costs are covered.

Is it a "real" Tektronix tube (some Telequipment 'scopes had them), or a Mullard/Brimar one?

Then there's duct tape ... (Garrison Keillor) nofr@sbhevre.pbzchyvax.pb.hx

I cant tell (no distinguishing markings).

The tube has a white 'speckled' finish to the phosphor. hard to describe. kinda looks like very fine sandpaper made out of ground up shiny stuff.

the trace (before I er, forgot how to reassemble it) was a pleasant 'hot' shade of green.
