TFT touch system 320*240

Hi

I am looking for a module similar like a PDA , but with a bezel so it can be mounted like a standard panel PC.

(in fact i need the features of a panel pc but in reduced size , 24V powered and silent (no fans , no HD + etheret)

WinCE or linux with Gui

any hints ?
