Sub 1Ghz RF transceiver

Hi all !

In your opinion what are the best RF transceivers sub-1GHz (price / perf).

Some years ago i have been evaluating Integration Associates chips and found them very attractive.

Best regards, HBV

For what? Kenwood, Yaesu, Icom, TenTec and others make excellent amateur radio transceivers; for general communications transceivers there's Rockwell-Collins (and probably Harris, although I don't know if that name's still active), the above four, and more.

If you mean embeddable transceivers then perhaps you could give enough detail on your goals for price, performance, and modes that someone could give you an intelligent answer.

Oh i forgot i meant low power transceiver (10mW) in ISM band.

In fact power consumption is an issue for my project. In fact there are two major constraints, consumption and another aspect that concerns more the protocol side.

Thanks.
