rs 232 with at89c52

Hi,

I have already done transmmition using at89c52. but its still some problems in receiption. i cant get start bit as well. please guide me.

What clock speed are you running and what is your divisor. On 1Mhz with any devisor you will almost always find atmel chips getting the wrong first few bits.
