[OT] PACE parts needed

I've "misplaced" my manuals for this old PACE (PPS-51 unit) handset, so I don't have a model or part number. This is the handset with a standard three-prong AC plug.

This unit has held up well, but now I am looking for a spare heating element for the iron. PACE wasn't able to help, nor was the place I bought this from (new circa 1988).

The info on the element is: PACE, Inc.#H, 120V, 26 Amps, 30W.

Does anyone have a source for parts for these older units, or a couple of spare heating elements lying around that they would be willing to part with? If not, would anyone be able to provide the part number?

Thanks, Richard

Huh? Try either 0.26 amps or 3000W :-)

I'd think Pace could at least point you to some vendors that might have stock. I don't think we have anything going back that far ourselves - plus I have no authority to sell you anything, but I'm gonna take a look at our heating elements. If it's something my boss says we'll never need, they might come up with some way to sell it to you - but really, why not just upgrade now?

OK - doesn't look like we ever had pace 120 V stuff. Just the 21VAC stuff using the MBT etc. 'power control boxes' w'ever.
