I have just gotten the description , not seen it my selve.
I think the (M) is Motorola
Any help would be appreciated

Looks like a custom-numbered part. What's the package, what's the application?
could it be an NEC V25?
vax, 9000
My guess is that it's a mask programmed Motorola micro, marked with a customer's part number.. Looks like it was made in the 41st week or 2002
