Help ID a Vreg chip

I have a Nat Semi evaluation board with a LMX2320 PLL chip on it. I guess the parts were from 5-8 yrs ago. I'd like to try to hack the board for a test reference circuit.

The board has a 5V linear regulator on its DC input. I haven't been able to figure out what part this is. I'd like to know what the input voltage limits might be.

The 5V regulator chip is a 6-pin SMD device, SOT-23 I think. It is marked 50P. Looking at the circuit, pins 2 & 5 are grounded, 6 is input and 4 is output. Pin 1 is connected through 10K to the input voltage (on/off maybe). Pin 5 seems to be just a cap to ground with 1.25V while running.

I assume the part was probably from National at the time. So far my searches haven't found a chip that matches this description. Anyone know what it might be?
