Several. What package/what part? Could be Motorola (e.g. MSC7118 DSP), ST (e.g. MSC81350 RF transistor), Oki (e.g. MSC1163 display driver), Brookdale (crystals), ... ... ... ... ...
I did a google search on MSC Semiconductor Corporation and this was the first hit...

Could this be the maker of your chip?
Actually it turns out to be "Microsemi"..... (an old component that was now replaces with the "1N" prefix"
