I want 40MB/s write speed on a SATA drive Through FPGA for which I need a least 256KB for one block of memory buffer and there are many suc sequential blocks. So I am in need of large memory. Can I make this in m FPGA (Xilinx) or we need an external chip. Which external chip should use.
