High Speed embedded A/D

Hi,

Does anyone know of a good, high speed embedded Data Acquisition board with the following specs?

1. At least 1MHz sampling rate
2. At least 3 channels
3. Minimum of 12bit resolution

Ideally we'd like to communicate with it via USB.

If anyone knows of anything, could you please post something here please?!

You do realize, I hope, that 3x12x1MHz won't fit in a USB 1.1 pipe. Not even a single channel will.

It'll fit about 11 times into the theoretical max of a USB 2.0 pipe though....
