The internals have been made available in a variety of public documents. I think I may have a couple of them laying around here. None of those I have address anything past the P II, though. The PPro and P II are of the same family design. I suspect that the P III and P IV are probably similar, but I don't have any specific information saying that. And the multi-core devices are probably just cpus with separate L1 caches joined over their "back side bus" prior to the L2 cache (the other side of which is the "front side bus.") I suspect the connection is rather obvious and not difficult to guess at.
Is there any particular detail you are looking for? What's your purpose?
