Greetings, Can anyone explain why the pin numbers of the DM355 EVM schematics do not match the datasheet? On the schematic, for example, there are pins numbers as AA22 but the datasheet the pins go only up to W19.

Hi amerdsp, Spectrum Digital used engineering release of DM355. It was 0.5mm BGA and differenct pin connection. Pitch is 0.65mm now and datasheet pin connection is manufacturing pin connection.
