You mean the software does automatically what you intended it to do ? Great. Are you sure you understood the requirements for the project ? Great. Now you believe the software does what the project requires it to do ? Great. Just in case you were wrong in one point, what goes wrong when it is actually connected to the reality ? Can you justify not having it tested ?
Since you're asking this question you're unlikely :
-going to pull this sofware up after a 3 hour flight to a customer
-controlling valuable and potentially dangerous gear such as power stations, medical devices, production plants

You mean the software automatically does what you intended it to do ? Great. You're sure to have understood the requirements of this project correctly ? Great. You believe the software does therefore what the project requires it to do ? Great. Just in case you made a mistake, what can go wrong when you connect it to the actual reality. Can you justify not to test it ?
From the way you ask this question, you're not going :
