You want free, free,free, but you no gonna get. Try Keil and have your credit card number ready. If you don't have a credit card, ask your mother for hers. Tell her to buy you an 8051 emulator too.
I use SDCC (sdcc.sourceforge.net ) for my project.
It does a great job compiling/assembling for the AT89C51SND1C (and I'm sure many other 8051 family chips)
