Argv/argc problems with Green Hills executables

Some of the guys I'm working with are working with Green Hills generated load modules, and they claim that the argv/argc variable passing method is broke for the load modules they're generating. In other words, whenever argc > 1, then cannot access the passed parameters. The are working on some boot recovery methods, and the don't want to hardcode IP address's, port numbers, etc. in their modules, but may have to because of the above.

Anyone else have an issue like this? If so, how did you fix it?
