Bei Lasern ist ja bekannt, dass es sowohl Kantenemittier (DBR,DFB), wie auch VCSEL gibt, wobei beide ihre Vor- und Nachteile gibt. Wie sieht es denn bei LED's aus? Erfolgt die Lichtemission an beiden Fl=E4chen wobei man Verluste in Kauf nimmt, oder gibt es da effektivere Techniken?
Wo kommt bei einer LED das Licht heraus?
