Suche PIC 16C84

Hallo allerseits,

ich habe einen Bauplan, in dem ein PIC 16C84 Verwendung findet. Leider finde ich den Typ weder bei Reichelt, noch Conrad, ... Ist der 16C84 ausgelaufen oder gibt es einen anderen Typ? Ich habe leider nur den Bauplan und das Hex-File, aber von PIC keine Ahnung (habe bisher eher 68HC11 benutzt).

Vorsicht, bei dem F Typ sind ein paar Bits im Configuration Word anders als beim C Typ.

Da mu=DF er Byte an Adresse 400E im Hexfile =E4ndern, aber wahrscheinlich gehts auch so (vor allem, wenn sein Design keinen HS-Quarzoszillator verwendet).
