SMD Bauteil - was ist das

Hallo NG,

ich habe auf einer defekten Festplatte einige SMDs, deren Daten ich=20 nicht finden kann. Es sind vermutlich mehrere Fets oder eine Br=FCcke=20 o.=E4., die scheinen den Antriebsmotor zu treiben.

Die 8 beinigen ICs sind von International Rectifier, das Logo ist eindeut= ig.

Nur die Typennummer finde ich nirgendwo - villeicht ein=20 Kundenspezifisches IC ?!

Auf den K=E4fern steht:

IR 2230 (IR ist das Logo)

4D6C F7101

Kennt das jemand ?
