Hallo,

mir ist ein Schwung LCD Panels zugeflogen.

eines davon sogar mit einer wohl selbstgebauten Interfaceplatine.

Ich habe leider keine Unterlagen (Datenbl=E4tter) =FCber diese Panels und hoffe hier etwas dar=FCber erfahren zu k=F6nnen.

Kennt die einer oder hat sogar jemand technische Informationen dr=FCber?

Das sieht auf den ersten Blick nach Standard-Display mit HD44780-kompatiblem Controller aus, mit LED-Backlight auf Pin 15+16 - also anklemmen und restliche Parameter ausprobieren.

Wichtige Informationen sind freundlicherweise aufgedruckt. Das Teil läuft mit zwei KS0063 Matrixtreibern und einem KS0060 LCD-Controller. Dieser Controller ist HD44780-kompatibel.

Das Pinout (soweit man es erkennen kann) scheint dem hier
