Do you mean any existing circuit, or any circuit you think of yourself? They're different problems.

I don't know of any really *easy* home methods. Some are easier than others, but they all take a little bit of practice and mess to get right. Considering how inexpensive prototyping services have become, you might want to rethink this part.

Assuming this is for hobby use... Manually. E.g.

for freeware version of Cadsoft Eagle. There are also several others, some tied to an online PCB manufacturing house so you can easily order your board after you've finished the design.

There are several methods, relatively easy but time consuming.

For PC layout to board, PCB photo etching is pretty easy, but needs quite a lot of materials.

Precoated ("positive presensitized") boards can be bought, too, instead of blank copper boards and photosensitive positive coating spray.

If you want a professional looking board with solder mask, silk screen, vias and all, then order your PCB from an online manufacturing place, for example

(and very many others). It's not so expensive. Although, PCB photo etch at home is much faster and nice for making prototypes quickly.
