Looking for miniature pH sensor

Hello,

I am looking for a miniature pH sensor (less than 1 cm^3). Does anyone know manufacturers of miniature pH sensors?

The classic pH-sensor is a glas electrode, but they are usually somewhat bigger and also easy to break. You may wish to try a pH-dependent FET, check for example
