Flyback load transient test

What is a typical period and pulse width of a load transient test on

60kHz flyback converter. I've been reading datasheets and there doesn't seem to be any consistency. They range anywhere from a few milliseconds to over a hundred; is there not a standard? The load step is also anywhere from 0 to 100% to 50 to 100%.

Are they just selecting the test condtion that provides the most favourable results?

Thanks

Of course there's no standard test, because there's no standard load. It might be powering a precision RF amplifier or running an LED backlight or charging a battery.
