Computer Case fans

So I bought a case from someone off of craigslist but it didnt come with rear fans. How can I tell which size i need

Compare it to the power supply fan...

If it's the same, that's likely 80mm if it's bigger, that's likely 120mm

I would also ask the question "Do I really need a fan" ! An awful lot of the time you do but not necessarally at the rear of the case. The PSU fan is very good at extracting heat from the top of the case. Its the hot spots that you should target with an additional fan !

alright well i got the 120mm and its too big so it must be the 80mm thanks guys

Try to find a ball bearing fan as opposed to a sleeve bearing. These will run quiet for longer. Nidec makes good fans.
