the bios permits only 3 ports...
if u just want to use the data pins from the port then there is no need of those ports..
u can use 8255... and controll it with a proper software ..
each 8255 can give u 3 ports(mode0)
or two input/output ports(mode1)
or one fully bi-directional port and one I/O port(mode2)
