domanda sui consumi di una luce di emergenza

ho acquistato una piccola luce di emergenza che monta un neon a 9 watt e possiede una batteria ricaricabile piombo-acido da 6V e 4A

sulle istruzioni c'è scritto che deve stare in carica 14 ore per essere completamente caricata

la mia domanda è una volta caricata resterà in mantenimento continuando a consumare, oppure smetterà di consumare energia?

Consumera' ancora energia se la lasci collegata, anche se poca, il trasformatore consuma sempre anche se non prelevi energia sul secondario, inoltre anche la batteria assorbira' una piccola quantita' d'energia di mantenimento che serve a compensare l'autoscarica.
