Ciao a tutti, sono alla ricerca dei datasheet dei seguenti moduli Semikron



SKM100GAX173D SKM100GAY173D



sono obsoleti da circa 10 anni, è probabile che si trovino in formato cartaceo. Non è che qualcuno ha un databook da cui fare qualche scansione? Grazie mille Ste
