ho trovaro con google su un sito tedesco: BUT56 DM ---- --- Si-NPN 800/400V,8A,100W,10MHz = BUT56A BUT56A DM 1.40 ALB Si-NPN =BUT 56, 1000/450V = BUT56A
Si, anch'io avevo trovato quello che sputa fuori google ma cercavo più che altro la piedinatura che dovrebbe essere: Base - Collettore - Emettitore.
In Pratica così:
