Nel alimentatore swiching del mio antifurto Bentel modello omnia ho trovato il semiconduttore a 3 pin (penso sia un transistor) siglato 5609 perforato....da cui esce una scintilla che si scarica sull' involucro metallico dell' alimentatore! Qualcuno conosce le caratteristiche di questo semiconduttore o sa dove posso trovare il datashet? Grazie Bax

Ho trovato questo... The transistor was marked 5609 which I could not cross to anything. I would guess that a general purpose medium power transistor like a 2N3053 or ECG24 would be suitable. Sembrerebbe un transistor comune.... io ci provo, monto un bc 337 che lo ho..... al max scoppia tutto... Grazie Bax
