scusa è... sei un tecnico no? ti scarichi i datasheet come penso avrai fatto e ti vedi le caratteristiche di sto transistor. fatto ciò prendi un catalogo italiano e ti metti a cercare un tr che faccia al caso tuo. dico qualche stronzata e non me ne rendo conto? ci sono in giro tabbelle di confronto se non erro.
