It has been moved to a new hosting service at Groups.IO following the continual problems with Yahoo, and the changes they made in the way their groups worked. The new address is:
Existing memebers are signed up at the new location, but you will have to create a password to use it.
According to the email notice, the old one is still there, but doesn't accept posts anymore.

They are there for now, but who knows how long before the new owners of Yahoo shut down their 'groups'? Everything has been copied to the new site so there is no need for a dead archive, is there?
Links in the old messages (copied over to .io) that point to yahoo will fail when yahoo goes away. Not too big a deal but worth noting.
