The Federal Government should mandate that all citizens are required to wrap themselves in a appropriately sized mattress, and wear high dialectic gloves as well. Net effect should result in fewer TASER accidents, and accidental deaths. Additionally a tremendous conservation of landfill volume die to far fewer mattresses being disposed of. The FED's should establish a yearly research grant with a goal of developing a spray-on coatings that will provide the same or better impact resistance and electrical insulation needs within one lightweight, breathable, affordable product.
