Standard Cell Vs FPGA designs

Particularly if you're small. It's no surpise that only two (or maybe three, if you count Actel) companies have the vast majority of the FPGA market.

Damn, and i had thought FPGAs already had, maybe 10 years ago. If you want a uP core it is just a relocatable block in bigger FPGAs now.
