Hi! Does anyone know if there are integrated circuits for solar panel MPP tracking??? I read about dc-dc converters that must be controller by a uC, but i'm surprised that i didn't find a dedicated IC...

I've never seen for solar tracking, as micro's are much more flexible than a dedicated piece of silicon try:
