I have been advocating this locally since it all began.

Nobody seems to have come up on TV with a demo what happens when you talk for a minute against a mirror with and without a mask.

Might turn out southern EU nations are worse off because they talk a lot more than northern ones.

Very good. Everyone one wants high tech solutions and miracles when they should be looking for much more basic approaches relying on individual common sense practices that are more effective than anything. They could eliminate this pandemic in a month.

From the news videos the hospitalized ones all look 100 lbs overweight, the y look like huge slabs of fat deposited on beds and gurneys. We know now that all these conditions involving blood sugar problems like o besity, diabetes, insulin resistance, the various glycemia dysregulations, and metabolic syndrome diseases, cause over expression of the ACE-2 recepto r this virus uses to gain entry into cells. So these people end up with muc h more than a lung infection, it goes after all their vitals, like the hear t, liver, kidneys, pancreas, everything. Once that happens, it's over, they can't be saved.
