The SD30 is rated at 40 GHz, which should be about a 9 ps risetime. Only gated & private communites can alow them on their private streets. They are considered motor vehicles, just like thos cheap chinese motorbikes. Cops pull them over with kids on them without a tag, and ticket the owners. I've seen them do it a block from my house.

Are pedestrians allowed to block roads for no reason where you live? Are they allowed to walk down the middle of the road?

Politicians should only get paid if the budget is balanced, and there is enough left over to pay them.

Just stating that rules of the road differ. I wouldn't be surprised if some FL communities allow them, too.

Of course not. Like your golf-carts, they could be ticketed for improper operation. As a pedestrian, it's known as jay-walking.
