I'm thinking about using the Mini-Circuits phemts as switches, the SAV541 and SAV551 parts maybe. I want to know the input and output capacitances, but all the data sheets have are those dreadful s-params.
If any RF jocks out there can estimate the c's from the s's, I'd be eternally grateful.
