Hi all, Is there a microcontroller with processor, larger memory than the available atmel microcontrollers and VGA , all the three integrated into the chip . Thanks in advance. Krishna.V.J.

Who's got that part Spehro ?

Graham

32K RAM and internal VGA/SVGA color LCD controller is available, but you need to stick external flash and probably other memory on the external bus.

Sharp-- ARM7 core and enough other peripherals on board that it can legitimately be called a microcontroller. LH75xxx

Its not exactly what you want but you could look at FPGAs you can define your own micro adn VGA in them.

There's a online project to implement a VGA controller like this btw.
