There's clear plastic detail, looks like the crown on the statue of liberty, that festoons some of the office window legdes in town. If there are plenty of alternative roosts, it works.
I'm a bird fan myself - bird houses for some breeds keep the others on the move.
How about a morning reveille of owl hoots and falcon screeches...or just talk radio.These are lodspeakers, after all.

In fact... I'd bet they would perch right on the wire substrate segments in between each razor barb clip.
