The glide angle would need to be shallow enough that you'd skim the surface. If you go underwater at that speed, the drag forces will be horrendous.

Since you seem to know everything, you tell us. I have been in one serious vehicular accident in my life. It was the only time I ever drove that truck without a seat belt. When the police arrived, I was told that if I had been wearing it, I would have died.

I have been in two accidents and one wild ride done on purpose to avoid killing 3 little children. If I hadn't been wearing a seat belt, I would most likely have not been able to maintain some measure of control of the car as it dove into the ice plant.
I may or may not have hit the phone pole or the tree that I managed to go between but if one of them was a person, my not wearing a seat belt could have had a very serious effect on them.
So, you think that you know everything about every type of accident? My body went to the right when I was hit head on. I bent the steering column to the dash. The mounting brackets for the seat were driven through the back of the cab, and crushed the gas tank. If I had been belted in, the steering wheel would have been pushed through my chest, cutting me into to dead parts. The impact jammed both doors shut, and my head pushed the rear window out of the truck. Stick to what you know, if there is anything you do know.
The officers said one in 10,000 were in a wreck like that.
