In the UK we see 35C once in a blue moon and 30C is newsworthy.

All time record temperature recorded as 35.8C in Faversham, Kent. Good news for the south of England is that it is now perfect for growing grapes suitable for making champagne whilst in France it is now too hot!

Most electronics is happy up to at least 60C. Much beyond that and electrolytics tend to dry out in a life shortening sort of way.
The hotter you run it the shorter the lifetime.
