"EasyCalc" is a good free programmable calculator available for PalmOS devices. There are a few languages for the Palm, notably python, if you need more than simple programmability.
If you want to _connect_ it to your ultralight, you could get an older RS-232 based device (Ebay?) -- might be easier than USB.
