I don't see much evidence of "ecstasy" in John Field's post - it must be an other of those words - like "clone" - that krw can spell even though he doe sn't know what they mean. "Alzheimer's" seems to be another. When my mother got it, her computer skills were amongst the first things to go.

I think that neither John nor I are remotely interested in our "images", bu t we do take a certain malicious pleasure in pointing out when half-wits ar e being particularly half-witted.

In krw's expert opinion. Since krw can't manage elementary concepts like "p roof" and "evidence" he is prone to making assumptions that make him feel c omfortable, while showing him up as a half-wit.

Nothing that would help people as dim as krw and Jamie, who need stuff at t he 2+2=4 level. They find anything more advanced too complicated.

All the ones I use *are* marked even if not obviously. The A type (male I think) has a seam on one side of the metal shroud. That seam is always down in a PC or other device where UP is obvious. The micro USB connectors have two pips on the down side, but when used in cell phones and other portable devices the direction of UP is not quite as obvious always. Then sometimes they just plain put the mating connector on the bottom of the board which you can't tell from the case. lol

Anybody who had hired krw had screwed-up big-time at least once. It wouldn't be a surprise if they got other stuff wrong too.
