The usual right-wing rubbish. Casey's story is particularly risible - he writes as if the Great Depression was played out entirely within the USA. In fact it was an international disaster, and recovery depended on when the country involved abandoned the gold standard - the US didn't go off it until 1933, while China - which used a silver standard - was scarcely affected by the Great Depression.
