I noticed that, too. America's Got Talent and Britain's Got Talent Shows have synchronized dance groups sometimes. They all have a ways to go to match your video. Kool and the Gang's "Celebration" is fun to watch. I did a search for "synchronized dancing" out of curiosity. One of the things I stumbled across was the training for the guards at the Tomb of The Unknown Soldier. There's a 90% attrition rate for the volunteers.
