Not the Constitution itself. That is, the provisions of a treaty cannot violate the Constitution, or amend it in any way (there are only two ways to amend the Constitution - both explicitly stated in same). If you could read (and weren't one of said "circularly polarized lefties") you would understand the Constitution is the subject here, not state laws.

Will NOT work... The public will not stand for that kind of abuse. Period.
There is no end run. The SCOTUS will slap that one down so fast that oboo-boo won't believe he's anything at all...
